How do I find the saved STP file to upload to Reckon GovConnect?

    Hi Carolyn,
    Are you using Reckon Accounts Business (desktop) or Reckon Accounts Hosted?

    If you're using Reckon Accounts Business (desktop) then your pay event file will be saved on your PC to the destination you chose to save it to eg. Desktop, My Documents etc etc. Just navigate to that location and select your file when you are uploading into GovConnect.

    If you're using Hosted, then your pay event file will be saved to your Q drive. You'll need to use the Floating Toolbar in Hosted to then download the file to your local PC and then you can upload it to GovConnect.

    Create a folder for STP files in a location you can find easily - then go back and create your .json file again and save it to this location every time.  :)

    Thanks Linda, i saved it automatically & then could not find it, so I created another STP File and made a Folder for STP
