Has Reckon Hosted Crashed, I can't logon to my company file. How to clear reckon to allow me to log

Has Reckon Hosted Crashed when i lost internet connection now I can't logon to my company file. How to clear reckon to allow me to log in? error message says 

"the attempt to login with user name xxx failed. this user is already logged in to the company file. if possible try logging in with a different user name."

we only have the one user name. 

how to i clear reckon hosted to allow me in? i tried calling the help line and you are inundated with STP set ups and the line hangs up on me.
