Reckon hosted failing to login. server constantly not reponding

Reckon hosted failing to login. Server not responding and server busy message appears when I try to launch accounts. Has been happening for a few days. Is this happening to anyone else

    Hi Henry,
    Tried logging into Reckon Accounts Hosted a few times just now to test things out but didn't run into any errors.
    Could you post a screenshot of the message you're getting on-screen? (use the camera icon in the reply window).

    Hi Rav,

    Thanks for getting back to me. Retried loading with Google Chrome instead of Safari and It loaded straight up.

    Reckon Phone support helped.
