When I uploaded my company it told me that the files are now Reckon Accounts Enterprise only. What does this mean?

    This means if you want to take the files back down to your desktop - you will need to have Reckon Accounts Enterprise installed on the desktop to open them - you wont be able to use the old desktop version to open them..  Reckon provides you with a free installation key for a Desktop licence with each Hosted licence you have.. so shouldn't be a problem.

    To install the Reckon Accounts Enterprise for the desktop is this found on the Reckon site?

    You will need to ask Reckon to generate an Installation Key Code for you I believe? However, if you log into the members area using your customer ID and PIN and go to download software - you may see the ability to generate the keys there?
