Lost my program for Personal Plus 2015

My laptop on which I run Reckon Personal Plus 2015 has died and whilst I have backups of my files I do not have a backup of the program as it was downloaded rather than on disk, can anyone help me in reinstalling it to a new computer?

Hi John,
Head over to the Members Area and log in with your Customer ID & PIN. You'll be able to download your software from there in the 'Download Software' section.
