I am trying to do my first upload for STP. Have tried several times. I keep getting 403:Unauthenticated on my screen. What is going wrong?  I have Accounting Plus 2019 Desktop.

    Hi Lorraine,
    This usually comes up when your MFA validity period has lapsed.
    Basically all you need to do is logout of the Reckon Portal, make sure you use the logout button.
    Give it a couple of minutes and then log back in, click on GovConnect and it will ask you to verify yourself with MFA.
    Pop in your code from whichever method you've set up MFA and it will let you through as normal.
