BAS report error

BAS report generated by Reckon hosted hasn't got any data. Everything is 0 (configuration/periods all checked). Generated other reports including tax summary reports with no problem.

    Natalie.  When you click on the Config button, make sure that you have selected the correct date range.

    You may need to check the tax items behind G1 etc.  Someone else had them disappear.

    Yes, thanks Glenda. Don't know how it happened. Don't even know there're things behind each tax item. And somehow everything is unticked.
