Screen is stuck with the remit screen open

Hi

Can anyone advise how I can close the email remit advice screen, its stuck open, not had this previously and I do nothing, unable to close, move to another screen nor do anything else.

can disconnect, but when I back in the the small screen is still there

Quite desperate ...

    Alt + Page down, gets rid of it ...

    Or Alt+PgUp brings it to the front again so you can quit out..

    Yep saw that to, but the Alt + page down got rid of it
