    So when you clicked to create ABA file - it went through all the names in the window and they each dropped off until it was empty?  and then was it when you clicked to download the file using the toolbox that Reckon shut down?

    yes that is correct.

    The file should still be sitting in Reckon on the Q drive, try downloading again

    did you wait for it to finish completely creating the aba file before you went to download it? If so, then maybe its just a coincidence, that you lost the connection around the same time... as Kris has said below - is the file still in the Q drive?
