If you need to check your tax-related details, follow the steps below.
Open the correct company data file.
1. Click on the Edit menu and select Preferences.
2. Go to the Tax section
3. Go to the Company Preferences tab
Confirm which supplier is selected as the Default Tax Agency
- If none is selected, this may be contributing to the problem
- Click the dropdown list and select the correct supplier name and click the OK button
4. Click on the Suppliers menu
5. Select Supplier Centre
6. Locate the supplier name that has been selected as the default tax agency name
7. Edit this supplier name
Go to the Tax Agency Info tab
Confirm what value (if any) is set as the Tax Rego ID and branch.
Amend the values if necessary

That'd be great if I could get into my account!! I was emailing a statement to a customer and the screen has frozen. Ending the session doesn't clear the frozen screen
