When I upload the stp file at govconnect, it says 'Success' but no list appear. I am using Payroll P

    I've found this happens because there has been an incorrect product selected in GovConnect.

    You've mentioned you're using Payroll Premier, however this post has been tagged as Reckon Accounts Business. So just checking, are you using Payroll Premier OR Reckon Accounts Premier? (They're two completely different products).

    Also, which product have you selected in GovConnect?
    My screenshot below is from my account and its just an example, but shows ALL products have been selected. What does yours show?

    Thanks Rav. Problem solved. I pick the wrong product in GovConnect, should be desktop instead of Payroll Premier. Now how do I delete the Payroll Premier?

    Unfortunately, you can't remove it at this stage but we'll look to add that ability into GovConnect in future.

    Just ensure that you click the correct option in GovConnect before hitting the upload button and your submission should go through without a problem.

    Hello,

    I'm having the same problem. and I'm using Accounts Hosted. There is no list of my submitted STP even though I got the 'Success" message.

    Can someone help?

    Do you have the Reckon Accounts Hosted product selected in your GovConnect? (screenshot example below).

    Yes, I do but after I have successfully uploaded my STP file, there are no transactions listed below. Shouldn't there be a list of transactions?

    If you’re submission says success - click on details and it will give you the list of YTD figures by employee

    Oh, I've already left the page and reentered and that 'detail' option isn't there anymore. Is it possible to still access the payment details?

    If you login to Gov Connect via portal.reckon.com you should see all submissions

    I've been looking for my submissions but when I go back into Gov Connect through the portal but there are no submissions under the line, just the upload button. It's making me doubt whether or not my submission went through even though it said 'Success'.

    Have you got a box that shows the product, reckon hosted or reckon one for example. Click on it
