Error on STP

Hi there,

I am a tax agent and did STP for my clients.

I already followed all the steps before submit STP, however, always error on that (please see attached photo).

Now, I'm not sure this is reckon system problem or ato promblem.

Could you please help me to see what happened or which way we can solve that?
