Reckon One Disappearing Invoices

Reckon One, I have created two Invoices, printed them sent them, the Dashboard tells me that there are two unpaid Invoices, but when I got into "Invoices", they are not there.

I have logged in today to find the same issue when i try to review my outstanding invoice list. There is nothing there.

Im tipping there is a major issue going on,
I just tried to log a support ticket through their online form and received a 504 gateway timed-out error when i submitted it..
I to am looking forward to an explanation...0 -
Im on hold to their support line now with an estimated wait of 20 minutes :-/

Hi guys,
We're looking into some performance issues with the invoices area in Reckon One at the moment. The team are investigating and look to have found the cause, we're testing a solution to get things back to normal as we speak so hopefully shouldn't be too long before its back to normal.

Can i ask if there is some sort of system status page available for Reckon One that we can all check if we have issues like this??0 -

Hi all,
We're testing something out at the moment which we're confident will get the invoices area back to normal functionality right now. Pending the results of this, we'll roll it out into the wider Reckon One service in full shortly after.

Thank-you but a broadcast notice of some sort would be greatly appreciated from Reckon as unable to function without access to my online invoices! Need an eta when issue resolved so I can plan my day.0

Hi all,
We've just deployed a solution to this across the wider Reckon One service. Its literally only just gone through a couple of minutes ago so it might take a few minutes to propagate but testing has shown positive results.
Can you please logout of your book and then back in or alternatively, refresh your browser and confirm if its all working as normal.
