I am unable to send emails from Reckon Accounts Plus 2018.

Hello, I am unable to send emails from Reckon Accounts Plus 2018. I receive a DEBUG Error Msg: Unable to open your email message store. Your message cannot be sent. then the next Error: Reckon Accounts Internal Error Message - An internal error occurred while preparing your message. It has not been sent. (MAPI error code 00000000 (0) at line 483 in sendemail.cpp) I am on a Windows 7 Terminal Server using Outlook 2016. I have tried updating Preferences but that has not worked. Does anyone have a fix for this problem that they could kindly share with me? Thanks so much.

Do you have Outlook open before you try to send emails?
Is Outlook your default email account?
If windows live, it want work, get outlook
