When you are encountering a problem with a specific error message being displayed, try searching for those exact keywords/ key phrases on the Community in case others may have experienced the same issue and a solution or workaround is already available.

This is more likely to get you a faster result than simply posting the problem and waiting for someone to come across it and get a response.

For example, entering the error message or key phrases within that error message into the search field, may yield an existing post where other users have encountered the same problem and possibly a solution provided

Example:Β
DATA RECOVERY: Refresh credentials if encountering WARNING: Your list of user names and passwords appear to have been tampered with

DATA RECOVERY: Choosing the correct product category when submitting a question and providing enough relevant information about the problem

If you do not find a relevant post with a solution, do post the problem and provide as much relevant detail as you can that may assist the person who reads your post to formulate a useful response.
