GovCOnnect ABN already registered

Trying to lodge STP for the first time...pretty sure i set up the GovConnect in the user portal, but when I am directed there when trying to lodge STP, i sign in and it says to "Get Started" with my connection to GovConnect. When i input the ABN details, it says it's already registered. Can you please remove the registration for ABN 39139673117 so i can try and set it up again. the user name/email is [email protected]

    Hi Rebecca,
    I've just had a look, this ABN is already registered in GovConnect under an account with what looks to be a Hosted user name. If you sign into the Reckon Portal with your Hosted user name & password (instead of an email address) then access GovConnect you should be able to see the STP entity for your ABN.

    Let me know how you get on or if you need more info.

    Thanks Rav. I think i have found the user name....just cant remember the password now and have tried to reset, but i think the email goes to the director of the business. So just need to wait for him to send it to me to reset. If i still have issues, then i will be back :)

    I am having the same 403: Unauthenticated error message and saying my ABN is already registered in GovConnect

    Hi Rav, I have the same issue. When i input the ABN details, it says it's already registered. The ABN is 60091430394.  email is [email protected] Can you please reply asap because it is urgent. Thank you.
