To get your product set-up for STP you need to:

Install Reckon Accounts 2018 or 2019 (previous versions do not include STP functionality). (Upgrade here if you haven’t already).
Review the GovConnect help guide for instructions on how to log into portal.reckon.com and set-up GovConnect STP for your product.
Enable STP functionality in Reckon Accounts – see help site.
