where are pdf files saved

When I save a tax Invoice to pdf  I cant locate where it is. It says my computor   desktop but not there ?

    Hi Erica,
    Reckon Accounts Hosted is a bit unique in the sense that it has its own virtual drives; the Q and B drives. You'll see these when you attempt to save or open a file.

    When you save an invoice or other file in Hosted, it will save to either the Q or B drive which is specific to Hosted. 
    So the next step to get that file from one of those drives to a local destination on your computer ie. Desktop, My Documents etc, use the Floating Toolbar to download it from Hosted to your PC.

    Either that or first go print then when the print page comes up, either print to a pdf printer or it also has the option to save as pdf direct to any folder on your desktop hard drive
