Reckon Accounts Enterprise user guide for payroll

I am new to using Reckon Accounts Enterprise for payroll. Is there a payroll/HR user guide I can download for reference?

    Hi Cheryl

     

    If you do a search there are a number of Reckon video tutorials available on You Tube which can give you some basic guidance however I would strongly recommend getting some 1-on-1 training from a Reckon Accredited Partner who can specifically advise & train you to customise for your specific scenario.

    The first thing you need to do is get on to the fwc website and acquaint yourself with the provisions of the relevant award. It can be tricky to implement but a Reckon Accredited partner like I, can help you do this. It's not for the feint hearted. The retail award in particular is extremely complicated. Well that and the restaurant award.
