My Home & Business was updated to 2020 last week. I now find the emailing of invoices does not work.

    Yes that's what I've had to do for a few years now.  It's a bit rude that they charge you more and more each year for updates or upgrades when nothing is actually updated or upgraded other than the tax tables from the ATO.
