"side-by-side configuration is incorrect" error

Hi All, I'm a PersonalPlus user on Windows10 and now can't login. An error message box says... "The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail." Is it best I uninstall the program and then reinstall? Or is there any other solution? Any help appreciated.

I have the same problem. Did the uninstall and reinstall work ??

I was advised by others to uninstall and reinstall the program. I did this and no problems since (fingers crossed).
