how can I delete Reckon one from my Reckon Gov connect

I first set up STP using Reckon one, but now have too many employees and have switched to Payroll Premier, but having a conflict with the ATO - message is "Product Key invalid" when trying to upload a file.  Can I delete the Reckon one file from my Gov Connect and how??

Hi Heather,
You can't remove a product selection from GovConnect at this stage however for the 'Product Key invalid' error I'd recommend two things;
Firstly, check out the info in this article -

Secondly, if the above doesn't solve the problem then I'd recommend downloading & installing the Payroll Premier patch update which is available in the article below including full instructions on installing -
