Cannot create invoice, PDF Confvert is missing

We're using Reckon Accounts Enterprise and Wholesale Edition 2019. It's in a VM with multiple users, and has Excel 2013 installed.

When emailing invoices, this error comes up. 

The workaround is to print the invoice to Microsoft PDF Printer, then attatch it to an email. But with dozens of invoices sent from multiple users per day, it's a pain.

Is there a download link for this Reckon PDF creator?

Do I install it on the local machine, and have it turn up on the remote session as a local resource being passed through?
