missing data on mobile app

Hi, signed into my account this morning on my iPhone app, and all my data is missing. I am using reckon one on my iphone. Please help me retrieve it as I have my emplyees details in there. Thank you.

Hi Dr Aloe,
I've seen a couple of cases of this before and its usually due to a mismatch in the app account login credentials. Usually its a simple case of a typo in the email address when the account was first created and subsequently the ABN registered to that erroneous account.
After this, when you attempt to login with the correct email address there are no details registered to that account.

Can you let me know the ABN that you have registered on the app and I'll take a look.
