Reckon Accounts Business Range 2019 R2

I have had to upgrade my laptop, therefore needing to download Reckon Accounts software on my desktop for 2 client's who do not want to use Reckon Hosted.

I am able to download the software but installation is stalled due to the following error - 

Error 1920. Service Quickbooks Database Manager Service (QBCFMonitorService) failed to start.

Could you please advise me how to rectify this error.
