The QPH file does not load during backup a therefore does not transfer my history to a new pc. I have copied the current QPH file to a USB drive but need advice to copy it into my QDF file on the new PC.Or is there another way of transfering my share price history to the new PC. I am running PP2019

Hi John, this is interesting , where did you find the QPH file, I cannot locate this file in any of my backups and yes I lost all my data when I upgraded to 2020 version.

Hi Gary, you can access the QPH file in your windows operating system. Go into this PC > Documents > Quicken > your file name. This should reveal all your Reckon files and their size.0

Hi John, thanks for the reply and my apologies not having responded to your email.earlier.
I have checked my last backup of 2020 version and only the following files are present.
QIN File 2kb, HCX 197kb, QDF data file 25,053 kb, IDX 2,444kb, QEL 15kb. no QPH file not
showing in the list, does this mean my my share history is not being backed up????. This may explain why all data of 15 years worth did transfer to my 2020 version when I updated in Nov20190
