Company QBW does not load in browser with one of our licences

We have three licences, the first of which logs in in the dashboard and once Accounts hosted is launched, it fails to open the company QBW. The file, industries and help on the top bar are the only things accessible. Manually tried to load company file-open previous company-QBW, but it does nothing. Our accountant tried early this morning and reported the problem to me, I since have tired myself with the same result. Tried resetting password also.

This sounds a bit odd.
After launching, does name of the company file appear in the header?
Has the file opened successfully on previous occasions?

Hi Rav,
to answer your first question, no the company file name does not appear on the header, just reads the Reckon Accounts Hosted Edition 2019 - should it be 2020?
The file has definitely opened successfully previously, though I haven't used it in over a month. The other two licences we have get used every working day - both working fine0
