Trying to get my mobile app working

Hi, I'm trying to set up our mobile app, it is asking us to set up the book via reckon one at website login?? Our Reckon hosted login doesn't have anything, am I missing something??

    Hi Melanie,
    Lets rewind this a little and see if we can get you back on track.
    Firstly, you've mentioned Accounts Hosted but also the mobile app in your post. I just need to clarify, which are you using and/or intending to use for STP?

    If you're currently a Reckon Accounts Hosted user then you'll be using our GovConnect service for your STP reporting and NOT the micro-business STP mobile app.

    Don't worry about Reckon One and setting up a book etc, that's an altogether different service.
