For two hours this message comes up when attempting to open reckon "A schuled update is currently running. Please wait until the process completes before launching" how to resolve?

    Can you please post a screenshot of the message you are seeing on-screen here.
    Is it a message originating from the Reckon software itself?

    Hi Rav

    The same issue, as below, came up this morning (6.45am EST) 5/2/2020.

    I was able to use the program late yesterday until I closed the program late last night.
