printing popup is freezing website

Frozen screen.
Ordered printing,  printing popup was displayed, and then screen is frozen.
Can'not cancel print, can' not remove popup, and any key is not working.

Please guide me how to do.

    What about alt ctrl delete to bring up task manager and shut down program

    If you press ALT & Page Up on your keyboard is there another message underneath?

    Also have you allowed pop-up blockers?

    If it is Hosted you are using, you need to completely log out wait a couple of minutes before logging back in.
    This happen when you click on your screen to early.

    Reckon deleted some font sizes in their latest edition. For example, I used to use Arial Narrow font in some of my templates. In the latest revision, that font size has been deleted, so the printer doesn't know what to do. To get out of it short-term, use Alt PGUP to refresh the print menu. You may have to do it several times. Then, you have to change the font in the template you are using to prevent it from reoccurring.
