Side-by-side configuration is incorrect.

I have PersonalPlus 2020 on Windows10 and now can't login. An error message box says... "The application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect. Please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail." I uninstalled the program and then reinstalled and still get the same error message when I try to open the program after reinstalling. I also tried to run the program from the exe file and still have the same error message. I have already looked for previous solutions on the community and I have already tried the solutions advised as above  Does anyone have a solution to this problem?

    I contacted Reckon Support by Phone and they told me to uninstall and reinstall. I told them I had tried that and it did not work. I was told that I do not get phone support from them for Reckon Personal and I should try Reckon Community.
