Hmm … That does sound strange.Â
It’s important to do this routinely, especially before saving a backup. If you ever need to restore a backup & the data is corrupted, your backup will be un-useable!
Any crashes / shutdowns / error messages etc could indicate a data corruption issue.
If so, it sounds like it’s that particular Customer / Job that’s corrupted but this is easily resolved by editing that Customer / Job name & re-creating it again as a new Customer / Job.Â
Then amend the old name to prompt the “Merge” option.
