    Hi William
    I have just tested on Personal Plus 2019, and after changing the code for Coles Group to COL from its previous incarnation at CGL, and checking the box on "Select Quotes" [as Diver Dave says above] the last five days data immediately downloads.
    Hope that fixes it.
