Personal Plus Purchase

hi, I just purchased a reckon personal plus but the programme will not load. It has a back up QDF file but the programme said it has no .dll file and I think it needs that file. I do not have a .dll file. Could someone please help.

    Did you have a previous install of PP on your computer?
    This happened to me once but I underwent a clean uninstall and then reinstall as per Reckon's instructions and it seemed to do the trick with the DLL

    Hi Dave
    Unfortunately this did not fix the problem. It said on install that it needed a converter .dll file and could not go further
