Hi Gretchen,
As Kevin has advised, can you give us more info on what's happening when you attempt to login.
If you can post a screenshot of the error message that would be great.
Just a quick note though, our Hosted support contact number is 1300 799 1500 -
I am unable to post the snip of the picture, but tis says
Problem
It appears that Reckon Accounts software on computer xxx is set up to allow shared access to company file, but Reckon Accounts software on your computer is unable to communicate with it.
Solution
The communication problem could be due to a firewall. It a firewall is installed on your network, you may need to reconfigure the firewall software. For more information about firewalls, click the HELP button.
We have had no problems till today (the first hour of today was ok).
I have tried on our company server, and then just tried on my standalone desktop.
Same problem.
Also, the phone number 1300-799-150 for support is not working.
All staff are current not able to work.
Please help
