HELP- unable to login to Reckon Hosted (firewall issue)

Stop work - major issue

Reckon number 1300-306-356 not working either

    Hi Gretchen,
    As Kevin has advised, can you give us more info on what's happening when you attempt to login.
    If you can post a screenshot of the error message that would be great.

    I am unable to post the snip of the picture, but tis says

    Problem
    It appears that Reckon Accounts software on computer xxx is set up to allow shared access to company file, but Reckon Accounts software on your computer is unable to communicate with it.

    Solution
    The communication problem could be due to a firewall.  It a firewall is installed on your network, you may need to reconfigure the firewall software.  For more information about firewalls, click the HELP button.

    We have had no problems till today (the first hour of today was ok).
    I have tried on our company server, and then just tried on my standalone desktop.
    Same problem.

    Also, the phone number 1300-799-150 for support is not working.

    All staff are current not able to work.

    Please help

    Thats not a hosted message. Are you using Desktop?

    I just logged on from an iPad using Safari and PC using Firefox and AVG internet security

    Kris as I advised Gretchen is using Desktop.

    Well its still not a message from Hosted. Great you got it sorted.
