I’m not too sure what you’re asking ….?
The setup is no different as it is calculated on gross pay eg if gross pay exceeds $ 450 in a calendar month, Super will automatically calculate. Alternatively, if you remove the $ 450 threshold minimum from the Super Payroll Item, Super will calculate on ALL gross pay.
If you are saying that for this under-18 employee you don’t want to accrue Super, just don’t add a Super Item to the employee’s record.
