Trying to login to RAH using my client's login details

has upgraded to 2020 but it keeps trying to open in 2019

how do I fix this?

Not sure if this will work but try: - closing Hosted - clearing your browser’s cache - restarting your computer If this does twirl, try using a different browser

Thanks all, I clicked on file and exit, then logged back in again, this worked.
