Accounts 2020 crashes when backing up

I have installed Accounts 2020 (and uninstalled and reinstalled twice more) and the application updates from the saved data file but crashes when I attempt to back it up.  Error code is 7146

    Many thanks Gerry. I think I may have finally fixed the problem by saving the data file to the local hard drive and renaming it to six digits. So far so good but I do appreciate your offer. Best regards.
