Payslips not emailing - RECKON HOSTED

Had this problem years ago and now its back since just before year end ... the payslips were being generated when system crashed so had to logout. and have been unable to email payslips since.
I have rerun payslips about 100 times since then and today rebuilt data and still unable to email payslips. Any other suggestions ...?

    We have the same problem and we just live with it, saving and emailing each payslip separately. A time-consuming task and a great shame - an issue which Reckon should has resolved ages ago. Very disappointing!

    Same here. We are lucky we only have 6 employees. I cannot imagine if we had a larger payroll. Come on Reckon, this needs to be fixed NOW!!!!!

    HI.  Just a thought, that it could have something to do with your browser cache.  Have you tried doing this using a different browser?  It is worth a try.  If that does work, the next step would be to clear your browser cache.
