    Yes Calijh, Unfortunately most of these types of programs do not have the PROMISED BACK UP TO ANSWER QUESTIONS, WHICH COULD BE EXPLAINED so quickly and easier to understand by a simple phone call. Lack of communication is very sad and after your money and fees are paid, they let you float. Allan Noffke, Partner.

    So sad. Well no more issues for me after many decades as a customer. I have jumped ship  :-(

    Debra, I've already made a statement on the future development of the Personal Range and it has been copied in the opening post of this very thread. "There will be no further development of new major features/functionality introduced into the Reckon Personal Range which has previously been advised on the forum. Our teams will continue to ensure the Personal Range software is compliant with tax legislation, and where feasible, error/bug fixes will be investigated & resolved. To answer the title of this post on where Reckon products are going, our current focus is on developing our cloud products such as Reckon One and our mobile apps."
