I am unable to access my files on my Quicken Version 8, please tell me how

I am 88 years old, using Quicken version 8 which i use to track several overseas and aussie pension bank accounts, today 31 Aug/20 I found I could not load my orininal Quicken files, instead I was confronted with a Quicken webpage telling me to start a new bank account , please tell me how I can get my oringinal account back
