Bas Configuring as Annual

When I go to prepare my Bas it keeps reverting to Annual instead of Quarterly inspite of quarterly being checked .Any ideas how to fix

I've asked our support team about your query as its certainly not something I've come across before and unfortunately neither have some of our tech's either.

As a starting off point, can you please perform a rebuild of your file (if you haven't already).

Secondly, are you able to test a new/secondary user on your file and confirm if they also experience the same behaviour.
