Upgrading from trial version to full version

in Reckon Accounts (Desktop)

Hi everyone. I originally had this program from 2011 then put on the 2020 trial version to see if it was compatible. Then bought a subscription through office works and when i try to install it it is saying it doesn't recognise the verification code any ideas

    Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your upgrade @EngineerPete

    I'd say the best bet would be to give our Customer Service team a call on 1800 732 566 so we can take a closer look at your activation, installation key code/licence key etc so we can straighten this out for you.
