I am having issue with clicking 'save and new' or 'save and close' buttons. This has only been an issue since the last windows 10 upgrade and started only occaisionally while using my windows surface pro but I am now having the same issue using my desktop computer. I have to hit 'enter' and then close using the red 'X' button. Is any one having a simular issue?

    Hi @tempest

I haven't come across this type of behaviour before but the first thing I'd recommend is that you close your company file by going to File then Exit. Once that is done, go into your Hosted control panel then 'Log off Remote Sessions'. If there are any sessions listed here please log them off then logout.

Give it a couple of minutes before logging in again and test, does the issue persist?

Which browser are you using with Hosted? If the problem continues, can you please test by logging into Hosted on an alternative browser and confirm if you're still experiencing the same behaviour?

You've mentioned that this started after a Windows 10 update and that you're experiencing this both on your Surface Pro and also desktop PC. Are both of these running the same update version? Is your desktop running a touchscreen as well?

    Thank you Rav,

I always close my companies as you suggested. I have been using google chrome as my browser, so I switched to microsoft edge and this did seem to work better. I will continue using microsoft edge. My surface is a touch screen, but the desktop I am using is not.

I do have another issue you may be able to assist with. I administer multiple companies that we use for our parent company. I have tried to add one of the purchasing companies to my shared companies I need to access from time to time, I go through the process to share the company file and add myself as a user and the control panel confirms and congratulates me and says I have been granted access, but I still can't access this particular company file using my login.

I can access it no problem using another users login. I am an administrator on the company file.
