It was inspiring suggestion from Melinda to implement Email automation .

This makes much more easier as you have more time to do something else.

All one has to do is use our nominated email and attach their Bills/PDF and send.

Cosmic will manage the rest .

We will send you 1st email on successful scan and 2nd email once pdf is posted to Reckon Hosted with details of supplier and invoice number this all takes say 2 to 5 mins most.

We do give yo chance to APPROVE your bills on 1st email , you can use your Android mobile phone to do this .
