Sort by Payee not working

Reckon Accounts Personal Plus 2020 subscription acc - I have been using Reckon for many years, and think I'm pretty good at it, bank, credit card, stock market, etc. But it appears the sort by payee in these registers is not working - will sort by date, or by amount or cheque # but not Payee. Is this a known problem, my file is moderately large at 41,125KB ? Note arrow on "Payee" bur incorrect sort.
