Reckon personal plus update & renewal issues

I upgraded from Personal plus 2020 to 2021 and paid renewal of $180 because it's almost due. Now it says it can't find a legitimate licence. Nothing has changed on the computer.

    Thanks Gerry. I rang Reckon but it was outside their hours (public holday). For whatever reason it's now working, perhaps it needed to see a reboot of the PC to complete the version upgrade. That's the only thing I can think of. I'll be in touch though if the issue recurs. Thanks again.
