Hi have been experiencing issues with 2020 and now 2021 Personal PLus products.
when trying to import transactions in 2020 version they did not import as they have in previous years, did not recognise entries already made.

Reckon is useless now they have shifted customer support off-shore.
I understand your frustration, I have had the same problem with LG customer service.
