Multi User - Company File in Use

We are currently using Reckon Hosted in Muti User mode (with our accountant) and every entry I am making comes up with the message 'Company file in Use' and I have to wait several minutes to perform another action. Is this normal? It is really annoying, I thought the whole point of multi user mode was so two users can use the same file at the same time.

    I'm also getting the message 'Transaction Delayed' and am unable to record or delete Bills or Invoices as my accountant is doing a task. In my opinion, this defeats the whole purpose of multi user mode.

    This isn't the norm so it sounds like either an internet issue or a data corruption.

    Do you Verify the Company File regularly?  I'd recommend doing that & also running the Rebuild x 3 as this can often fix file issues:

    File (along top toolbar) > Utilities > Verify Data / Rebuild Data
