unrecoverable error 13657 20461

Hi has anyone had error code: 13657 20461.

After login Username and Password, I get the error code : 13657 20461, Reckon accounts must be shut down.

It happens yesterday around 3 pm, this morning it still cannot log in.

Has anyone experienced this log in ?

    Are you able to get to the control panel before this happens? If so go to Log off remote sessions and see if that changes anything

    We did the entry/typing as usual, and the reckon hosted being cut off and not connected.

    Since then cannot log on the file,.

    Call the Technical support team they cannot help as they say the file is corrupted.

    They send us a link to contact Data recovery service team which they will reply in 24 hours and there is a fee involved.
